The AC was not working. Either the reception did not fix it or changing the room. Unfortunately, not as I expected. Whats the purpose if A/C working but hot not cold?!!! We are in the summer. Please dont be tricky.
I really don't understand the hotel rating system- this being a four star rated hotel. Pros - nice location, quiet; short walk to attractions; friendly staff; great morning breakfast offerings. Cons- Had the standard room, and it was extremely small just a few feet space around the bed, very tiny bathroom; the bed was as hard as a rock. All in all an ok place, just can't do hard beds.
Very good location, friendly stuff. We had appartment in the roof which was very nice. Sauna will be switched on on demand a bit tiny but nice spa

One of the most comfortable stay of this Europe trip. Room was spacious. Appliances are top notch. Really like the modern interior designs of all the aspects of the hotel. It feels really welcoming. Hotel staff are all very friendly. This hotel is located in a very nice and safe neighbour (right by the high court actually). Felt safe to walk around the area at night.
