Superb location, friendly stuff, good service, clean and decent rooms. Outdated and weared out furniture are spoiling overall impression.
I stayed at the hotel during the Strasbourg session week. The price was way too high for what the hotel offers. On the good side, I had a really good sleep and felt refreshed in the morning. Also the receptionist was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. It's a decent hotel but not worth the money they charge during the session weeks.

The location was nice, near the railway station and not far from the Little France. However, the rooms are quite dated, the bathroom needs renovation for sure. The view was not nice at all due to construction work. Besides, we had problems paying with a card. My boyfriend tried paying with MasterCard several times but the terminal showed that the payment was rejected. Then the receptionist asked for the card and entered the information into their system. In some minutes the needed sum of money was blocked on my boyfriends account. But the receptionist and later the hotel owner both said they didnt get the money and we had to pay in cash as well. As a result, we only got the money back on the bank account two weeks after the whole story happened and only because our bank transferred them. The hotel staff didnt actually care much and kind of acted like we are trying to make something up. I think it was rude and wouldnt recommend staying there.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
