Great access to transport and historical centre (10-15 min walk), however, I didn't find the surroundings too nice. One of the days there was a group of unfortunate teen-agers at the entrance for hours and if not for so many people around I wouldn't even have felt safe.. Staff was nice, spoke English well enough. The rooms were not amazing - claustrophobic toilet room, separate from bathroom; cranky doors woke us if one need to go to the bathroom at night; the room was modernised, but even so still had done space for improvement. Great breakfast!

Literally just arrived. To give credit where it's due the hotel interior and room is of a good standard. Poor view from thetroom though. For me the arrival was marred by the dark and dingy underground car park. This was followed up by a 20 minute search (I am not exaggerating) by our party of four, loaded with suitcases and bags to find the hotel lobby! Without a doubt the worst arrival at a hotel that I have ever experienced. I am anticipating a similar circus on departure. Then we we told that breakfast is 16.5 euro per person! Macdonalds is next door so guess where I will be eating in the morning! Overall the experience so far has to rate as poor.

Really good. + The staff is nice and polite. They have done what we asked whitout arguing. The room is clean and nice looking. There is a mini bar. Its getting filled everyday if you have an executive room. There is a sort of table where you can open you luggage and a wardrobe. The toilets are a bit small but its fine. Also, the bathroom and the toilets are seperated wich is a good thing. There is a daily breakfeast bufet. The hotel is very well located. Its near the center of the city.- The parking is not private, You have to pay everyday. It could be nice if we had more towels whitout asking it everytime to the housekeeper.

A fine place to stay in Strasbourg. Location is perfect for getting around. Walking distance to Central Train Station as well as the Cathedral and the old city. Tram just outside the front door.

I had a reservation by booking and they hold the money when I arrived to the hotel next day they said it is fully booked ,Thanks god I did not have it because the location for the hotel not good
