Incredibly nice hotel. Everything looks like a very clean and neat fusion between medieval and modern. It had the best hotel breakfast I had in years. The room was very comfortable, full of amenities including bath robe and sleepers. The decoration is so nice and full of charm that I felt like I wanted to move in. There are power sockets by the bedside tables, which nowadays is a true blessing. Staff speaks good English and is always willing to help, always with a genuine smile on their faces. The bar is well stocked, you can find things from the simplest gin to expensive cognac.They have restaurant, which is actually good because there are several brilliant restaurants ins Strasbourg, some just a 2 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of pretty much all the tourist attractions.
Very interesting historic building. Fairly good for "Petite France". Very comfortable beds. OK breakfast. WARNING dangerous trip hazard in entrance, when in the dark!
A wonderful location and comfortable hotel.The director, a strong woman with a remarkable charisma, is looking for the very best comfort of the guests.Rooms are very clean, comfortable and calm with good breakfast. A perfect location to stay and very close to the main attractions of the beautiful town.No restaurant, but a lot of possibilities around... you are in France and it is nearly impossible to eat bad.We will return!
Great hotel, our family of 5 fit in the larger suite but there is no barriers in the space from living room type area, bedroom area and bathroom area. Large enough for everyone but could use some dividers between the spaces. But the location comfort and hotel is definitely worth 4 stars.
