I had unpleasant experience , the therapist was unprofessional but the place atmosphere is nice .
Accueil moyen.. beaucoup de temps dattente sans explication. Hammam tide et sans vapeur (soit disant il a eu du mal chauffer aujourdhui.. dommage il tait 17h quand mme .. cest long la chauffe !) pas un mot dexcuse. Massage acceptable
Merveilleux cadre qui invite la dtente ! Ayant choisi une formule, j'ai pu profiter du hammam, gommage et un massage, tout tait vraiment trs bien !Je recommande !
The place is nice as well, as the staff. However, I was very disappointed from the pregnancy massage I've booked. They don't have the necessary equipment and training for such massages - I've been asked to lie on my back for most of the time, which is not only not recommended, but can be dangerous after the 4th month of pregnancy. Also for the last part of the massage I was asked to sit on the massage table with my legs hanging, with my whole weight on the hands/ stretched arms - not really a comfortable position to relax, while having my back massaged. Also, despite asking the girl who was really friendly btw) to press stronger and emphasize on the back, she was hardly touching me - that was nice and gentle, but didn't help release my back pain at all.
Un petit crin de bonheur au coeur de Strasbourg. L'endroit est plein de charme avec une quipe professionnelle et accueillante. Le soin reu en cadeau fut divin. Je suis ressortie merveille.
