The hotel was the best experience of our trip. Staff was super friendly, everyone spoke English, and they were very accommodating with everything. The room was great and with great view! Loved the shower and the bed and pillow was amazing. Also - the breakfast buffet was out of this world, never had a better one. This was so well worth the money (which was not very expensive to begin with, would have paid more for what I got, that's for sure!)
Want to give it more stars..... But the afternoon receptionist just killed the experience. Outside of her lack of service attitude, everything and everyone else was good standard! Breakfast was good, concierges were attentive, etc. Afternoon receptionist couldn't tell me roughly how much it cost taxi to the airport? For alternative breakfast arrangements, I had to call back to speak to night shift receptionist? Totally not helpful with any questions, issues,or problems that's presented to her. She alone killed the experience.
Petite France ..... this part of the city of Strasbourgo is as if we were back to medieval times .... the houses, cafes, restaurants and shops are simply fantastico.I advise the return of a boat that goes through the canals and also goes to the European Parliament in the most modern part of the city.
Exceptional experience for a 2 night stay half business half leisure.Loved the location, and once you're in the hotel, the style is absolutely amazing, the staff very nice, and the food is waaaaw.It's a very unique hotel, if you are visiting Strasbourg you have to experience the hotel at least for a night.
Great service, friendly multilingual staff, large rooms with air conditioning, good breakfast.
