Amazing, everything. The waitress could've been a little more enthusiastic, but the food was flawless. I think you have to go to 1741 if you are visiting Strasbourg.

Michelin star restaurant 1741 was a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality french cusine in the beautiful city of Strasbourg. The service is top notch and made our evening delightful!
A quaint, quiet restaurant a small walk from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, seemingly hidden, unless you know what you're looking for. Behind the doors you are instantly greeted with friendly smiling faces and great service.We opted for the 6 course taster menu, which proved to be both very tasty, and very filling! The highlight was a hard fight between the goose fois-gras and the smoked eel. All meals were delicious, perfectly presented, and definitely not your average selection of proteins and sides.When we come back to Strassburg, we will definitely also be returning to Restaurant 1741.
